We want you to love your Saie glow as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all products. If a shade isn't quite right or you aren't completely satisfied, we're here to help you find your perfect match.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your products in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
